Our initial session is all about you.
We’ll begin with a thorough physical assessment and an open conversation about your goals. Together, we’ll create a clear path toward whole-person health—body, mind, and movement.
Do you find it hard to move outside your comfort zone? Pilates is the answer.
Through targeted exercises that strengthen your deep core, rotators, inner thighs, and transversus abdominis, Pilates helps you build the poise and posture to move with ease—and stay safe.
Each yoga therapy session is customized to support your personal needs and goals. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and self-awareness practices, you’ll discover tools to release tension, restore balance, and build resilience. It’s a safe, supportive space for anyone navigating life’s challenges, whether physical, emotional, or simply the stresses of everyday living.
In a BBTRS® session, you are guided through conscious breathwork coupled with gentle movement and sound. This helps the body release stored tension and complete unfinished stress responses. Each session provides a safe space for healing and reconnection with your natural energy.
