I will guide you in self-assisted techniques where you’ll learn how to safely deepen your range of motion, release long-held tension, and create lasting flexibility. This practice isn’t just about getting bendy—it’s about retraining your nervous system to let go, so your body feels stronger, freer, and more at ease.

Strengthen your body’s natural defenses while cultivating calm from the inside out. This practice weaves gentle yoga, mindful somatic movement, and breathwork to support immune health and regulate the nervous system. Through grounding postures, fluid movement, and deep rest, you’ll discover how to nourish resilience in both body and mind.
Join me for a daylong nourishing and embodying practice of mindfulness and yoga.
