5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Step onto your mat and join me in my signature vinyasa flow—a practice of movement, breath, and presence. Each week I’ll offer a unique theme and intention allowing you to create space for both energy and ease as you move toward a deeper sense of stillness within.

6:45 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
A deeply restorative class created to regulate your nervous system and invite profound rest. We know that stress is the fertilizer that grows all kinds of dis-ease. In our fast-paced culture, it's time for radical self-care. In this class we'll use all the tools of yoga to reeducate the nervous system and declutter the mind.

Come for movement, come for rest, and enjoy it all! Whether you join me in person or virtually, this practice is open to all. A recording will be sent to you following the class, and will be available for five days. Show up just as you are—flow, breathe, and find stillness.
