I fell in love with yoga because of Kyra. I was freshly divorced. My anxiety was at an all time high and my brain was in overdrive all the time. I had tried yoga before, but it never resonated with me until I took Kyra’s class. For one hour, all I could do was what I was prompted to do…inhale and exhale…moving my body with my breath. It changed my life in many ways. For one, I noticed I wasn’t losing it in traffic….I was coming back to my breathing. I was thinking before reacting.
